Four pillars of support

The whole picture matters.

Growing a business or finding work is easier when you have the skills, support, and space to stay grounded. OBEC brings those pieces together.

01

Weekly in-person training

Learn the building blocks of entrepreneurship and work readiness through face-to-face sessions and hands-on workshops. Topics include business basics, financial literacy, planning, and communicating your ideas.

02

1-on-1 life coaching

Work with a coach on the goals that matter to you. Talk through your next move, build confidence, make a plan, and have someone in your corner as you follow through.

03

On-site mental health support

Access professional mental health resources in a setting that understands your goals and your reality. Support is available as part of building a future you can sustain.

04

Job placement support

Get practical help with resumes, interview preparation, and connections to employers in your community. The goal is a next step that fits your skills and your life.
